Zibrant has introduced Virtual Payment Cards to its business process outsourced proposition.
The vCards facilitate quicker transactions for clients who use Zibrant for the procurement of their events, accommodation and other services associated with live event production.
Zibrant’s vCard is provided in partnership with CitiBank and enables group and individual accommodation transactions, meetings spend and ancillary services to be settled without the need for traditional credit or debit cards, or BACS payments. vCards can be set up in line with individual budget holders’ limits or purchase orders, or can be created to reflect company-wide cost centres and financial reporting structures. Consolidated management reporting enables Zibrant to further identify best practice solutions and potential cost savings on behalf of its clients.
Virtual Payment Cards have become increasingly common for online consumer purchases and Zibrant is a UK pioneer for their use in corporate transactions. The nature of the cards means that both Zibrant and its clients can instantaneously keep abreast of credit limits and transactions through online reporting.
Zibrant is one of Europe’s foremost agencies with a customer driven focus to creating leading edge products for the betterment of the live event and business travel sector. The company is noted for its leadership in the medical health sector and wider professional services sector.
Stephen Shilling, Zibrant’s finance director said, “The implementation of vCards is having a very positive effect on our business, they allow for quicker payment to our hotel, venue and service suppliers and are adding a new dimension and clarity to corporate expenditure on events”.
