US Based company Opus Solutions approached and contracted Matrix UK Solutions to provide all video, sound, lighting, staging and crew for their recent event at ExCel. Matrix was the sole AV supplier for all breakout rooms and the exhibition area. With a footfall of over 4500 people in one day and each breakout holding capacity of 500 delegates.
Matrix supplied over 150 LCD screens in the exhibition, 24 LCD video wall panels and a full accompaniment of PA, projectors and basic lighting for each of the 5 breakouts. In addition to the equipment on site, during the pre-production stages Matrix supplied all technical CAD drawing layouts.
