Final chance to treat yourself in Trinity’s Charity Auction – closing on Friday, 12th July 2013

After months of planning and preparation, Stamford-based venue finding and event management company, Trinity Event Solutions is nearing the close of their charity auction (www.trinityauctions.co.uk). With just under two weeks to go this is the final opportunity for members of the public to bid on the last few prizes and help contribute towards the £20,000 target.

The final lots are being added now, so please check the auction site on a regular basis before it closes on Friday, 12th July 2013. You can bid on a variety of items, such as:

  • A girl’s night in at the Brooklands Hotel in Surrey, including pampering in a stylish Suite – sounds like luxury!
  • What about a weekend city break? Visit the beautiful sights of London and stay overnight at the 4 star Hilton London Metropole.
  • Or if Cambridge is the city for you, we have a one night break at the brand new Cambridge City Hotel.
  • Fancy a day of relaxation instead? Then a day spa membership in the award winning New Forest Spa at the beautiful Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa is all you need.
  • Perhaps you prefer a country retreat away from the city rush? How about a 3 night weekend break, or a four night weekend stay for two, in a 4 star luxury cottage hidden away in the Lincolnshire countryside.

In the space of just three months Trinity has raised almost £18,000 for three chosen charities (Rutland Sailability, Hospital at Home and the local Air Ambulance). This is a fantastic achievement for the trinity team, the hotels and venues who kindly contributed a prize towards the auction, and the general public alike.

Jamie Hunter, De Vere – ‘’De Vere Hotels & Village Urban Resorts are extremely pleased to have been included in the Trinity Charity Auction and Challenge. Not only have Trinity shown dedication to their clients, they have commented to their chosen Charities with determination to raise as much as possible. Trinity is a great example of a ‘One Team Approach’ and has a real passion for their commitments to all parties that they work with’’

Laura Monk, a bidder – ‘‘I am verging on obsessed with Trinity’s auction! It has been so much fun following my bids so far, and I have managed to get some real bargains as well as some lovely experiences – I would not have treated myself to otherwise. Knowing it has been for such a good cause meant that I have definitely been more generous to myself than I would have been otherwise – a win-win situation for everyone! I hope Trinity does the same again next year!’’

Jacqui Kavanagh, MD of Trinity said: “I would like to thank each bidder for their donation so far and for contributing towards such a worthwhile cause, we hope that the auction lots you have won have brought you enjoyment. Your support will most definitely benefit each charity, in fact Rutland Sailability have been able to place an order for a new boat, which they are naming after Trinity, so that alone makes everything worthwhile and proves how your help can make such a difference to people’s lives!”
