Simon Watson
Showplans has announced that Simon Watson has joined the company’s ranks as Lead Programmer for the Showplanner Event App. With several unique innovations set to be announced, the company has opted to secure the expertise needed for the app’s continuous improvement by keeping its development in-house. Simon has over 10 years of game development experience working with companies such as Sony, Nintendo and Rebellion and in-depth knowledge of several programming environments, including Unity, the platform on which Showplanner is based.
Of his appointment Simon said “Showplans is an exciting company with a bright future, and this is a great challenge that will allow me to put my knowledge and experience into practice while also expanding my own areas of expertise. We are currently working on new features that will be firsts for the events sector, and I am glad to be at the heart of this much-anticipated development”.
