The Restaurant Show returns to Earls Court 2 on 7-9 October 2013.  Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the respected trade show promises to deliver an event to remember, as 25 years of experience, features and personalities evolve into one simply unmissable extravaganza.

Suppliers to the industry will have the unique opportunity to showcase their products and services to the 11,000-strong professional and influential audience, while visitors hungry for ideas and inspiration can explore the offerings from over 325 exhibiting suppliers, and immerse themselves in an action-packed live events programme.

The Restaurant Show 2013 Live Events:

The Centre Stage will play host to leading chefs and industry experts sharing their talents and expertise and showcasing their skills throughout an intense schedule of workshops, demonstrations and panel debates that are sure to inspire.  Visitors to this year’s Restaurant Show will have the rare opportunity to see a live interview with Joan Roca, Head Chef of Spain’s renowned El Celler de Can Roca – voted the World’s Best Restaurant  – will be answering questions posed by William Drew, editor of Restaurant magazine.

The impressive line-up of confirmed chefs includes Joan Roca, Jason Atherton, Mark

Sargeant, Angela Hartnett, Gizzie Erskine, James ‘Jocky’ Petrie, Will Torrent, Carl Clarke, Steve Perle and Francesco Mazzei  – to name just a few.

The Restaurant Show will once again be buzzing as it hosts some of the industry’s leading competitions, including National Chef of the Year, Compass Group Chef of the Year culinary competition, Event Caterers Awards and new to The Restaurant Show – the UK Pastry Open, giving an amazing opportunity for pastry chefs to create intricate chocolate and sugar showpieces, plated desserts and entremets all at an extremely high level.
