GenieConnect launches personalised marketing automation system

GenieConnect, a digital solutions provider for the events industry, has announced the launch of MarketingConnect, an intelligent marketing automation system for events.

MarketingConnect has been designed to utilise event and attendee behaviour information gathered from other GenieConnect tools to generate relevant and personalised content, which is then channeled through attendee communications via email, app or push messages. This allows event organisers to send highly targeted and relevant information to attendees to maximise engagement throughout the entire event life cycle.

MarketingConnect uses a combination of time and action based triggers, merged with configurable workflow rules, which can tailor follow-up communications based on whether the user opens the message and how they subsequently interact with the content, meaning that no two messages are the same.
