TOC, which manages complex convention center in Gotanda and Ariake in Tokyo, constructs a new exhibition center, and it is planned to be opened at the beginning of 2015.
The space used for multi-purpose event which is 2 stories and whose total area is 4,700 square meters in whole exhibition center is planned to be constructed at the site where there was an elementary school. The name of the space is expected to be “TOC Gotanda Messe”.
The 1st floor is L type exhibition place and can be divided into 5 where it has stores,etc. as well as 3 small conference rooms. The area is approximately 1,700 square meters, and height of ceiling is 3.5 meters.
The 2nd floor is the exhibition place that can be divided into 10 with foyer at the center, and area is approximately 3,000 square meters where there is no pillar. The height of ceiling is 4 meters. The roof top is a parking lot.
