Nexus Collections, the world’s leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly conference bags, has started a campaign to educate its clients about the capabilities and features of its new Build a Bag concept.
Clients such as MCI, European Society of Cardiology, Diabetes UK, British Dental Association, British Association of Dermatologist and Trifork have all benefitted from the bespoke nature of the conference bags which they used at numerous events and conferences. The clients were introduced to the ‘Build a Bag’ service which enabled them to design bespoke conference bags in line with branding and sponsorship of their events.
Nexus Collections’ managing director, Nick Jones explains; “Clients can choose from a huge range of design features and incorporate them into their bespoke designed conference bag. The ‘Build a Bag’ service is free, as are the options to change any of the colours used in the bags; the only extras are linked to additional design features such as metal zippers, coloured piping, printed lining etc. We are very excited be working with our clients on the endless possibilities we can offer when it comes to designing conference bags.”
Clients can choose from a variety of bag designs and then also choose the colour of the bag, the lining and logos. Other design features which are available include; logo /artwork, zippers, piping, pockets, panels, printing and fabrics. At the end of the design process, the client receives a free pre-production sample to check and proof before the final run. The current lead time for this service is 10 – 12 weeks from receipt of order and artwork.
Nick Jones continues: “Businesses and event organisers can take full advantage of this new service by creating a truly unique conference bag which can be designed to exact specifications, colours and styles, matching branding or sponsor colours. We hope that by educating our clients they will feel confident to work with us in the creation and design of conference bags which reflect their brand or event.”
