Toyama wins the invitation of Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2015

The invitation presentation of Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2015, which was decided to take place in Japan, was appointed, out of 4 cities, to be held in Toyama, in Toyama International Convention Hall.

The summit is held yearly by International Arctic Science Committee to discuss research related to the Arctic. In 2015, the committee celebrates its 25th anniversary and in addition to business meetings of subcommittees, a conference discussing the 10-year plan for Arctic research (ICARP III) and the International Arctic Research Symposium (ISAR-4) will be held.
