The theme plan such as a scientific zone, suggestion & soup trial of the taste, a trust (OEM, ODM) zone, the university-industry research collaboration zone is carried out. “HFE JAPAN 2013 / eleventh healthy food expo” is held at the same time. The venue is Tokyo Big Sight for three days from May 15 to 18th.
