MPI Japan chapter will hold “MPI Japan seminar in February” on Feb. 7 at Roppongi Academe Hills 49.
Mr. Hidemi Ishizaka, chairman, “Hospitality improvement committee & Peace” will be the instruction at this time.
He will make speech about welcoming and entertaining visitors based on the theme “Learn from Disney Land serving visitors with a smile” to put in practical use of MICE. The speech will be through his experience of working at operation division as a regular employee of Oriental Land for 15 years since joining and the experience of working as a leader of Disney university, after transferred from the operation division, for training of new casts, parade management, and as an in charge of attraction management.
