Promote the Convention City “Sendai”

Sendai city and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sendai held “Sendai Convention Seminar” and “The Evening of Sendai” at Hotel New Otani in Kioi-Cho, Tokyo on February 6th.

In the seminar, they presented the outline of the new exhibition facilities which will open next spring.

The Evening of Sendai was attended by many interested parties such as foreign institutions, companies, and organizations. Sendai promoted itself as a Convention City, showing the current situation where steps toward the reconstruction have been taken, plans to build an attractive city, and activities for further developments.
