Japan Exhibition Association Human Resource Development Committee held the first “Human Resource Development Seminar” in April.
The purpose of the seminar series is to foster human resources for the future fairs and exhibition industry, providing varied practical programs every month in order to improve the skills and talents of employees working in the industry. Participants can take part only in one seminar. The seminar series is for new employees who join companies in April and those who started working less than 1 year ago.
