On April 21, Japan Exhibition Association of Human Resource Development Committee held “The 1st Human Resource Development Seminar” in the conference room at Sankei Newspaper. About 42 people attended there, including young industry members.
Mr. Ishizumi, president of Japan Exhibition Association, gave a speech entitled “Ace of Japanese Economic Development – That’s Exhibitions (International Trade Fairs)” .
In this speech, he explained with specific figures, using “Smart Energy Week 2014” as a model case, that exhibitions are very effective means to trigger economic ripple effect and enhance international competency. He also added that it is required to launch new exhibitions and build large exhibition halls.
