Hospitality App for academic conferences

Kobe Portopia Hotel is the first hotel to develop “hospitality app” for attendees to academic conferences.

The hospitality app will offer each and every attendee with meticulous hospitality by providing not just area news and tourist information, but also a concierge function where they can make inquiries to the hotel. The staff will then swiftly respond to those inquiries.

Even if program modification notices, and information from the executive office doesn’t start up the app, it can still receive information. It will store inquiries and other users will be able to see them.
