Convention Planners Association of Japan (CPA) will hold “A seminar on ‘who will be the people having difficulty in returning home?’ after a large-scale disaster” at a training room in Tokyo Fashion Town (TFT) bldg. starting from 10:30 am on Aug. 26.
The scaling & standardization committee of CPA has been reviewing the response and preparation for a large-scale disaster from the view of conference and convention field after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. They decided to hold the study meeting for convention industry related people who will be in charged with mission to guide visitors and participants safely and correspond to those people will be having difficulty in returning home in case a large-scale disaster will hit an event venue during the event period.
