Negotiation in Business: Understanding Different Cultures

The MPI Japan Chapter held “MPI Special Lunch Seminar” at Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo on Oct. 22, 2014. A facilitation specialist Malene Rix who resides in Danmark had a message “Negotiation on Business: Understanding Different Cultures.”

Rix said that negotiation was not to defeat other party, but it is a means to understand each other who has different opinions. The, she suggested to think of negotiation positively. In addition, negotiation is held in our minds when we decide our actions.
