What will you do if you become a person in charge of the events?

On December 9th, Mr. Nobuyuki Maeno who talked as a special speaker of IME2014 (President of Hot Scape/ Director of MPI Japan Chapter/Committee Chairman of Event) made a speech whose title is “Know-how of planning and management of the events in the company that we do not fail ~What will you do if you become a person in charge of the events in the company~” for 1 hour.

What he insisted as top priority is that “the companies produce the maximum result.” In the meeting before making a speech, he explained that he was going to start by sharing the definition of the success, “What is a success for you?”.
