The award ceremony of “Sports Development Prize” was held on March 3rd at Kosai Kaikan in Kojimachi, Chitoda-ward.
“Sports Development Prize” is an award that honors organizations, groups and corporations which contributed to community development through sports tourism and sports activities. After the Japan Sports Health Industries Federation and the Japan Sports Tourism Alliance established the award as “Community and Sports Development Prize in 2008, the award was renamed as “Sports Development Prize” in 2012.
Solutions to activate their communities through sports were presented after the ceremony on the stage for presentations and discussions by award winners.
