Pacifico Yokohama had a field test in June for to fully introduce “smartphone application to raise user friendliness of trade shows” which was the first event held in domestic MICE facility.
Pacifico Yokohama boasts the highest number of hosting international conferences in the country attracting many foreign participants, and in order to improve customer satisfaction they are currently working on digital network environment such as expanding “free high speed LAN (Wi-Fi) area inside the building. Along with that, they have started developing this smartphone application to support “organizer”, “exhibitors” and “visitors” for using the facility.
