The Japan Management Association (JMA) has announced its partnership with the Nippon Food Shift, a new national movement led by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).
The introduction of the Nippon Food Shift activities will be presented to exhibitors and visitors at FOODEX JAPAN the one of Asia’s largest international food and beverage exhibition.
The exhibition will feature booths of businesses that are implementing excellent and advanced initiatives, as well as seminars and case studies presentations.
While securing sustainable food supplies has become a global issue, the interest in agriculture in rural areas of Japan is decreasing challenging consumers and producers to work together in order to change the tendency.
Nippon Food Shift was launched in July of this year to support the efforts.
FOODEX JAPAN 2022 will be held at Makuhari Messe for four days from March 8 to 11, 2022.
