The event will take place at three venues in Tokyo Dome City: Prism Hall, Gallery AaMo and Tokyo Dome Hotel as well as online, for nine days from January 29 to February 6, 2022.
This year’s special features include gorgeous “Quality of Life: Western Tableware” , sophisticated “Satsuma Pottery” with a history of over 400 years, and “Apero Time: Enjoying a Glass” introducing the French way of enjoying a glass of wine before dinner.
In addition, a number of popular events such as stage performances and contests will take place as well. Tokyo Dome Hotel will not only be one of the venues, but will also offer special accommodation plans, lunch courses, and sweets under the umbrella of the Tableware Festival.
Those who can’t attend the in-person event will be nonetheless, able to enjoy the vibrant and informative online version of it.
The admission ticket for the entire duration of the event is 2,000 yen.
The ticket valid only for the last 3 days of the festival is 1,800 yen.
Both tickets give access to the online event as well, which can be viewed until 7pm on January 29th.
