The former site of the Namura Shipyard – the Heritage of Industrial Modernization, will host the Suminoe Art Beat Festival on November 13, 2022.
The main attraction and social media hot topic will be the giant 9,5-meter tall floating rubber duck created by the Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman.
At the “Minna no Uen Festival,” stores associated with the “Minna no Uen” community farm at Marche Kitakagaya will offer a variety of organic produce, homemade food, handmade goods & accessories alongside workshops, and other art-related exhibits and performances.
