On August 8, Mori Building Co., Ltd. announced that Azabudai Hills (Toranomon-Azabudai District Type 1 Urban Area Redevelopment Project) will open for business on November 24, 2023.
Azabudai Hills is planned to cover an area of approximately 8.1 hectares, with 24,000 square meters of greenery and a total floor space of 861,700 square meters. It will consist of a variety of urban functions in a concentrated space, including offices, residences, commercial facilities, cultural amenities, and educational and medical institutions.
